These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.dermontage.com and to any order you place with Dermontage Health Sciences ("Dermontage", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Dermontage Health Sciences is a skincare business based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Using our website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to give accurate information when you place an order, including your name, phone number and full address.
  • You must not misuse the website, place fake orders, or try to harm or interfere with it.

3. Products

  • Our products are cosmetic skincare products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.
  • Results vary from person to person. Please read the label, follow the directions and do a patch test before first use. Stop using the product if irritation or redness occurs, and consult a doctor if needed.
  • We try to show our products, colours and packaging as accurately as possible, but the actual product may look slightly different from photos.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery is currently free across Pakistan.
  • We may change prices or offers at any time, but the price you see at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • Payment is currently by Cash on Delivery.

5. Orders

  • An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if we cannot reach you, or if an order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • We may limit the quantity of products sold per person or per order.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are explained in our Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee). Both form part of these terms.

7. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We will not publish your phone number or address. Please do not post anything false, offensive or unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

The Dermontage name, logo, RANS name, photos, designs and text on this website belong to Dermontage Health Sciences and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Dermontage is not responsible for any indirect loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Third-party services

Our website uses third-party services such as Shopify, courier companies and social media platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Islamabad.
