7-day money-back guarantee

We want RANS to work for your skin. If it doesn't suit you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund, even if the tube has been opened.

How to request a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at 0339 2032301 or email dermontagehs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply with the return address.
  3. Send the product back to us. Return delivery charges are paid by the customer.

Refunds

  • Refunds are sent by bank transfer from our Meezan Bank account to the bank account you share with us. This also applies to Cash on Delivery orders.
  • We send your refund within 1 working day of receiving the returned product.
  • The refund covers the product price you paid. Delivery to you was free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery is paid by the customer, and once we receive the product we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products not bought from the Dermontage store
